Clear, rather cool, finely vegetal citrus pome fruit nose with mushroomy and floral traces. Fine, again rather cool, polished, bright fruit, delicate planty and floral nuances, moderate, light wood, a hint of smoke, very fine acidity, hints of toasty aromas in the background, lasting, certain depth, quite elegant style, very good, fine-juicy, somewhat smoky to toasty and also a hint of mushroomy finish with umami. Very skilful in its way.
