2018 Brut Cremant, Baden, Germany

Somewhat nutty, yeasty, vegetal and slightly mushroomy nose with pome fruit notes, a hint of pineapple and friable peach. Slightly warm, again friable, very slightly sweet fruit, nutty, buttery, yeasty and somewhat yellow-spicy flavours, again slightly overripe pineapple on the palate, good persistence, medium-fine mousseux, a touch of popcorn, good, sweet finish.
