Light yeasty, vegetal and floral notes on the nose, citrus fruit and some mature pomaceous fruit, hint of mushrooms. Yeasty and prominent nutty notes on the palate, reminkiscent of rye bread, fine mousse, slightly sweetish dosage, fairly persistent, floral traces, light earthy notes, hint of mushrooms, slightly sweetish and creamy on a good finish.
