Cool nose, fairly reductive and still completely closed, fresh vegetal notes, red and black berries, earthy and mineral notes in the background. Fresh, juicy, cool fruit on the palate, light toasted notes, vegetal, herbaceous and floral notes, lively acidity, fairly prominent fine tannins, light toasted notes in the background, hint of bacon, earthy and salty mineral notes, some depth, medium body, very good finish. Definitelystill needs time to mature.

Editor note: Tart, fairly firm nose, still reductive, light vegetal and eqarthy notes, red and a few dark berries, reminiscent of root vegetables. Clear, cool ,tart fruit on the palate, fresh vegetal aromas, noticeable acid bite, nutty traces, very light yeasty notes, still largely undeveloped, hint of citrus fruit, very fine youthful tannins, touch of herbs and spices, noticeable salty notes in the background, firm bite again on a good to very good fresh finish.
