Clear, quite deep and cool, a little dried plant, mainly red berry and clearly reminiscent of aubergine nose with tart earthy to mineral, slightly smoky and moderately woody aromas as well as a little foliage, dried flowers and tar. Ripe, juicy, somewhat spicy fruit, moderate wood notes, a little foliage and dried floral nuances, very present, yet well integrated, crumbly-sandy tannin, persistent on the palate, a little melty, coffee grounds and a hint of citrus fruits in the background, mineral notes, very good to long, quite juicy and spicy, very slightly warm finish with a hint of melon, complex spice and minerality. Puts on over days
