Quite firm, somewhat vegetal to herbal, floral, nutty and hints of bacon aroma of partly preserved, mixed berries with slightly mushroomy hints and nuances reminiscent of plums. Ripe, firm, juicy fruit with spicy and slightly smoky wood aromas, some liquorice and marzipan as well as a hint of camomile, ripe, fine sandy tannin, good substance and persistence, some depth, hints of cocoa and soy, salty and peppery tones, very good, juicy and nutty-spicy finish with traction.
