Undergrowth, slightly fungal and dried vegetal scent of red and a little black berries with a touch of malt, tobacco and soup herbs. Tart, but ripe fruit with vegetable, earthy and mushroom notes, moderately woody and undergrowth notes, a touch of nutty, good substance and persistence, crumbly tannin, delicately smoky to bacon-like notes, some bite, salty minerality in the background, also earthy notes, slightly spicy and herbal, very good, tangy finish
