Somewhat vegetal to dried herbal and hints of bacony stone fruit scent with a hint of grapefruit, apple and mint. Slender, a little muted, delicately sweet fruit with nuances reminiscent of woodruff, moderate acidity, delicate grip, some persistence, a hint of nutmeg, hints of salt in the neat finish.
