2021 Escherndorf Müller-Thurgau VDP.Ortswein trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Somewhat yeasty and herbaceous bouquet with yellow fruity and a little almondy-nutty aromas as well as clear mineral spiciness. Slender, fine-juicy, rather not completely dry fruit with yeasty and nutty aromas, somewhat herbal on the palate, animating spiciness, lively acidity and grip of crumbly tannin, certain persistence, chalky-salty mineral tones, good to very good, juicy and spicy finish. Fun.
