2021 Escherndorf Riesling VDP.Ortswein trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Cool, fresh, somewhat planty to herbal and still a hint of yeasty citrus nose with slightly white and black berry aromas. Lean, delicate and cool, not completely dry fruit, quite fine acidity and still a trace of carbonic acid, some grip, herbal-herbal nuances, certain minerality, bright and tart, a hint of citrus peel, good to very good finish.
