Clear, relatively firm, somewhat yeasty and finely herbaceous, quite deep bouquet with noble, rather quiet yellow fruity aromas, floral traces and minerality. Juicy, polished, rather bright fruit, yeasty and delicately nutty tones, some herbs on the palate, a hint of pepper, very fine, lively acidity and animating grip of mellow, ripe tannin, bright minerality in the background, some depth, very good, juicy finish with fine, stimulating spice and grip again.
