Quite firm, somewhat nutty, mushroomy and dried herbal scent of ripe, partly candied yellow fruits with nuances reminiscent of honey, resin and coffee as well as candied radish. Firm, very juicy fruit with slightly medicinal and red berry hints, very present acidity, delicate grip, dense and persistent, certain depth, hints of eucalyptus and caramel, again also radish, thus acquiring a certain ice wine character, salty minerality, very good to long finish with bite.

Best to drink: Ende 2022 bis 2045+. What our ratings mean
