Quite cool, rather restrained, somewhat vegetal to herbal and slightly almondy aroma of yellow fruits with a hint of fennel and celery. Youthful, rather tart fruit with delicately sweet melting, fine, lively acidity, certain persistence, dried-vegetable and slightly black berry aromas in the background, a hint of salt, quite good finish with noticeable alcohol
