Relatively cool, delicately floral and somewhat dried herbal scent of bright yellow fruits with slightly peppery, nutty and mushroomy hints. Straightforward, still slightly yeasty fruit with delicately sweet melting, lively acidity, grapefruit and green bacon in the background, hints of tannin, some persistence, salty tones in the good, slightly smoky finish
