Relatively cool, firm, somewhat dried herbal, mushroomy and hints of bacon core and stone fruit aroma with slightly chalky nuances and smoky wood tones. Fine, rather tightly knit fruit with a certain warmth and melting, a hint of candy and a touch of black berries, fine, lively acidity, moderate tannin, good persistence, smoky wood again, salty and earthy tones in the very good finish
