Clear pear and apple scent with fine nutty and herbal notes. Juicy, bright, cool, youthful fruit, delicate nutty and yeasty hints, very fine acidity, some grip, certain sustainability, bright mineral nuances in the background, has a certain freshness, good to very good finish with increasing spiciness.
