2020 Michelbach Steinberg Riesling VDP.Erste Lage trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Firm, clearly yeasty, still undeveloped pome and stone fruit scent with almondy aromas as well as floral and herbal traces. Juicy fruit, again with still much yeast as well as herbal and floral tones, delicate almondy tones, a hint of red berries, lively, ripe acidity, some grip, good persistence, minerality in the background, very good, tight finish. Needs to mature a little more.
