2017 Michelbach Grauburgunder trocken VDP.Ortswein, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Fairly cool nose, light nutty notes, delicate floral, vegetal and dried herbaceous notes, restrained yellow fruit, hint of bacon. Youthful, fairly polished, slightly creamy fruit on the palate, very elegant, lively acidity, hint of plums and mint, light grip, fairly persistent, earthy and salty notes, fairly elegant style, mineral traces on a good, dslightly creamy finish.
