Nutty nose, light yeasty and vegetal notes, stil undeveloped, yellow fruit, with predominant pomaceous fruit notes, dried floral traces, hint of tobacco, light mineral notes. Clear, fairly tart, cool, elegant, juicy fruit on the plate, yeasty aromas, light earthy, vegetal and herbaceous notes, delicate floral touch, light grip, persistent, still undeveloped, very salty, very good juicy, herbaceous finish.
