Cool, vegetal and still slightly yeasty nose with restrained yellowish and some earthy-mineral notes. Sweet-sour, taut fruit, vegetal and yeasty notes, light mineral traces, very prominent, slightly citric acid, certain persistence, also acid-toned in the ordinary finish.
