Translate to English Nussiger und etwas altholziger Duft nach roten und ein wenig schwarzen Beeren mit an Wurzelgemüse erinnernden Noten, getrockneten Pilzen und Pfeffer. Recht fest gewirkte, reife, rote und ein wenig schwarze Frucht mit pfeffrig-gewürzigen Noten und etwas getrockneten Kräutern, Holznoten am Gaumen, gewisser Säurebiss und leicht trocknendes Tannin, mittlere Kraft, etwas Wärme und gute Nachhaltigkeit, hat Griff, mineralische Anklänge, getrocknete Pilze, Röstaromen, guter bis sehr guter, herb-saftiger und würziger Abgang mit Salz und Biss.
