2007 Michelbach Domina trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Translate to English Klarer Duft nach teils eingemachten roten Beeren und Kirschen mit schwarzbeerigen Anklängen sowie rauchigen und getrocknet-kräuterigen Noten. Klare, etwas marmeladige Frucht im Mund, wieder etwas Rauch, dazu zart holzige und leicht erdige Nuancen, recht feines, noch ein wenig trocknendes Tannin, tabakige Spuren, zarter Säurebiss, guter, wenn auch zart milchiger Abgang.
