Nutty and vegetal notes on the nose, hint of butter and mushrooms, delicate spicy oak, pomaceous fruit, earthy and mineral notes. Ripe, fairly juicy fruit on the palate, nutty, vegetal, earthy and light peppery notes, touch of yellow spice, hint of mushrooms and soup greens, good persistence and substance, hint of bacon, very good, slightly sweetish, juicy finish.
