Firm, fairly tart nose, prominent vegetal and herbaceous notes, yellow fruit with prominent pomaceous fruit, prominent earthy and mineral notes, mushrooms, delicte floral, nutty and light yeasty notes. Very ripe, juicy, sweetish candied fruit on the palate, nutty and prominent vegetal aromas, touch of yellow spice, partly preserved mushrooms and tobacco, concentrated and compact structure, very elegant acidity, persistent, light herbaceous and floral notes, excellent substance and depth, peppery traces, quite complex, still totally undeveloped, long, concentrated, sweetish finish.
