2009 Kamptal DAC Ried Thal Grüner Veltliner trocken Erste Lage, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Prominent vegetal and light herbaceous notes on the nose, restrained yellow fruit, light floral and mineral notes. 'Fairly mature and fairly juicy fruit on the palate, prominent pear notes, vegetal, earthyand mineral notes, fairly lively acidity, light tannic touch, tart mineral traces, some acid bite, good persistence, good to very good grippy finish. Holding together very well.

Editor note: Fairly restrained nose, elegant, fairly cool pomaceous and citrus fruit, mineral notes. Polished, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, delicately spicy yeasty notes, very elegant acidity, good persistence, mineral notes in the background, polished and slightly creamy, good finish.
