Yeasty, nutty and a little bit tobacco-like, also a trace of cheesy scent of ripe yellow fruits with yellow-spicy nuances, herbs, egg white and a hint of mustard cucumber. Rather firm, rather juicy, densely packed fruit, yeasty, somewhat herbaceous and floral aromas, a touch of dark fruit, very fine, lively acidity, some touch of crumbly tannin, clear minerality, persistent, certain depth, compact structure, has power but also life, tobacco nuances, very good, handy and spicy, again very mineral finish with tobacco and peppery notes
