2018 Winningen Uhlen Riesling Grosses Gewächs Roth Lay, Mosel, Germany

Firm, slightly sweetish scent of partly candied yellow fruits and a little mustard cucumber with floral, yellow-spicy, blackberry, a little exotic-floral and mineral notes. Ripe, somewhat warm, juicy fruit, a lot of yellow spice, yeasty notes, fine acidity, persistent on the palate, has substance and power, touch of crumbly tannin, dried herbs and dried flowers in the background, again also dark berries, good depth, gains bite and pull with air, red-berry nuances, very good, almost compact, ripe, juicy and spicy finish
