Translate to English Kühle, etwas kräuterig-pflanzliche, noch leicht hefige Nase mit zurückhaltenden gelbfruchtigen Aromen sowie mineralischen Spuren. Geradlinige, zartsaftige, trockene Frucht im Mund, leicht nussig-hefige Anklänge, feine, lebendige Säure und zarte Kohlensäure, etwas Griff und gewisse Nachhaltigkeit am Gaumen, geschliffener Stil, sehr sorgfältig gemacht, wieder mineralische Spuren, animierend, guter Abgang.
