Auch im Mund etwas erdig und nussig, herbe Frucht mit pflanzlichen Noten, feine, präsente Säure, gewisse Mineralik am Gaumen, gute Nachhaltigkeit, leicht deckender Gerbstoff, verhaltene Bittertöne, ordentlicher bis guter Abgang.
