Dried vegetal and light floral notes on the nose, partly dried yellow fruit, earthy, mineral and very light nbutty notes. Ripe, juicy, sweetish fruit on the palate, fairly lively acidity, just a touch of carbon dioxide, nutty and light floral notes, touch of yellow spice, hint of tobacco in the background, fairly prominent touch of bacon, more earthy and mineral notes, tart phenolic notes, light tannic grip, hint of dark berries, noticeable high alcohol on a very good, sweetish, tart finish.
