2015 Wachau St. Laurent Grande Réserve trocken, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Hint of tobacco and some leaves on the nose, red and a few black berries, some dried mushrooms, earthy and toasted notes. Tart fruit on the palate, light nutty, smoky oak, peppery notes, hint of tobacco, good substance and persistence, fine sandy tzannins, still slightly astringent, full body, noticeable high alcohol, leathery traces, light mineral notes on a good to very good, fairly firm, warm finish.
