Cool and austere, almost quietly appearing, finely herbal peach-citrus nose with ethereal notes, a bit of yeast pastry, and austere minerality. Dense, herb-juicy, ripe fruit with ethereal herbs and peel tones, a hint of dark berries on the palate, very fine acidity and moderate grip, sustainable, good depth, distinct minerality, a bit of black berries in the background, gooseberry nuances, also olive oil, very good, firm, juicy, herbaceous-ethereal and mineral finish with grip. Gains even more with plenty of air.
