Relatively cool, somewhat vegetal to herbal and hints of almondy citrus with a hint of pome fruit and nuances reminiscent of light flowers. Polished, juicy, still slightly yeasty fruit with herbal and nutty aromas, lively acidity, has some grip and persistence, hints of tobacco, moderate smoky wood notes, salty tones, very good, very slightly smoky finish.
