Firm and deep, still a touch yeasty, somewhat herbaceous-vegetable citrus-stone fruit scent with stony-mineral and delicately dried-floral notes. Tight, cool, juicy fruit, fine herbal-vegetable and yeasty flavours, lively, very fine acidity, lasting, certain depth, quite distinct minerality, some grip, red and black berry nuances, very good, tight finish with rather tart juice and tobacco traces.

Best to drink: Mitte 2023 bis 2032+. What our ratings mean
