Cool, somewhat fresh-vegetable to herbal, nutty and slightly bacon core and stone fruit scent with nuances reminiscent of fennel and peppery mushrooms. Polished, sweet fruit with a hint of cassis and light blossoms, lively, yet fine acidity, light tannin grip, good persistence, certain depth, hints of medicinal herbs and citrus zest, salty minerality, very good finish.
