Clear, tightly knit and deep, polished, bright, juicy and again rather cool fruit, lively, very fine acidity, planty to herbal aromas, a little coriander, celery, ginger and wasabi, persistent, deep and dense on the palate, delicately sweet melting, abundant minerality in the background, some grip, floral traces, very good to long, exceedingly juicy and mineral finish.
