2021 Niederhausen Riesling VDP.Ortswein trocken, Nahe, Germany

Cool, slightly vegetal to Mediterranean-herbal, clear citrus-peach scent with mineral yeasty, floral and tart mineral tones. Restrained, rather tart, polished fruit, fine, quite lively acidity and some grip, yeasty nuances, lots of cool minerality, firm structure, still undeveloped, very good, tight, fine-juicy and mineral finish with a hint of dark berries. Still needs time.
