2021 Niederhausen Hermannshöhle Riesling Spätlese VDP.Grosse Lage, Nahe, Germany

Cool, somewhat fresh-vegetable to herbaceous, almondy and hinted mushroomy citrus scent with a hint of stone fruit and nettles. Firm, polished, finely juicy, sweet fruit with chalky and slightly blackberry aromas, lively acidity, delicate tannic grip, dense and persistent, hints of honey and meadow flowers, distinct minerality, very good, firm, yet animatingly juicy finish with bite.
