Cool, polished, quite fine pome fruit nose with citrus nuances, nutty hints and a touch of flowers and herbs. Ripe, firm, bright, juicy fruit, nutty aromas, fine, lively acidity, some grip, smoky and tobacco traces, some minerality, good persistence, has polish, a hint of smoke, very good finish
