Firm and deep, tart, rather cool herbaceous-vegetable scent with quite noble citrus aromas, some peach, floral nuances and distinct minerality. Tight, ripe, juicy fruit, lively, fine acidity, yeasty notes, grip of ripe tannin, persistent, slightly peppery, intense minerality, a hint of red berries, some sweetness, firm construction, deep, multilayered, very good, tight, juicy, grippy and delicately peppery-spicy finish with plenty of bite.
