Cool, herbal to slightly herbaceous and a hint of yeast with light yellow-fruity aromas and quite distinct minerality. Clear, fine juicy, rather calm, again light fruit, not completely dry, fine acidity, delicate touch, vegetable to herbal aromas, still a trace of yeast, clear minerality on the palate, persistent, some depth, a little star fruit on the palate, very good, tight finish with light juice, minerality and bite
