Cool, restrained, somewhat planty citrus-peach nose with light floral traces and mineral notes. Slim, cool, light fruit, fine juicy and moderately sweet, tart vegetable, slightly yeasty and clearly mineral tones, some grip, quite present acidity, still a trace of roughness in the good to very good finish
