Editor note: Cool nose, light citrus and stone fruit aromas, mineral notes, floral traces. Clear, cool, fairly tranquil fruit on the palate, very elegant acidity, delicate grip, yeasty and floral traces, fairly persistent, mineral notes in the background, good to very good, fairly cool finish.

The production area is located in the state of Rhineland-Palatinate in Germany and is named after the river of the same name. There is a lot of preserved evidence of the Romans, who already cultivated wine here. The vineyards cover 4,237 hectares of vines along the river from Hunsrück to the mouth of the Rhine near Bingen.
