2017 Niederhausen Hermannshöhle Riesling Spätlese, Nahe, Germany

Cool, polished citrus and peach fruit on the nose, delicate vegetal and herbaceous notes, prominent mineral notes. Cool, polished, light fruit on the palate, lively, elegant acidity, delicate grip, persistent with prominent mineral notes, some depth, firm structure, still undeveloped, clear contours, very good, cool, elegant juicy finish with fairly prominent mineral notes.
