Polished cool nose, light herbaceous notes and yeasty traces, citrus, apple and stone fruit, some candied nuts and mineral notes. Fairly juicy rfruit on the palate, very elegant vegetal and herbaceous aromas, hint of sugar candy, lively, elegant acidity, good persistence, delicate sweetish notes, more light yeasty notes, floral traces, hint of red currants, light grip, mineral notes in the background, some depth, sweetish sugar candy on a very good, fairly juicy, grippy, minerally finish. Needs time to mature.
