Yeasty on the nose with some yeast extract, hint of raisins, herbs, hint of pepper, earthy and prominent mineral notes, restrained yellow fruit and aniseed. Ripe, sweetish, juicy fruit on the palate, prominent yeasty notes, vegetal, herbaceous and earthy aromas, noticeable tannins, some sugar candy, hint of tar in the background, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, good grip, tart mineral notes, more pronounced with aeration, some lovage, very good slightly spicy, sweetish, yeasty and minerally finish.
