2015 Schlossböckelheim Felsenberg Riesling trocken Grosses Gewächs, "Felsentürmchen", Nahe, Germany

Cool nose, vegetal and herbaceous notes, delicate floral and prominent mineral notes, restrained, elegant yellow fruit, touch of partly dried citrus and firm peach fruit, yeasty traces, hint of dark berries. Cool, elegant, juicy, very polished fruit on the palate, firm, elegant acidity, touch of carbon dioxide, still has noticeable, very slightly rough tannins, becomes more integrated with aeration, and provides backbone, persistent and firm, tart mineral notes, herbaceous notes in the background, hint of red berries, firm bite, touch of spicy ginger, very good, fairly cool, elegant, juicy finish.
