Firm, fresh, tart nose, light vegetal notes, fairly prominent mineral notes, tranquil yellow fruit reminiscent of pears and hard peaches, pineapple, sage and a hint of mint. Clear, polished, elegant, juicy and again fairly cool fruit on the palate, dirm acidity, touch of carbon dioxide, herbaceous traces, prominent cold mineral notes, has bite and grip, some depth, elegant style, very good firm, juicy finish.
