Translate to English Herber, etwas getrocknet-vegetabiler und kräuteriger Duft mit eher zurückhaltenden gelbfruchtigen Aromen, deutlicher, erdiger und steiniger Mineralik sowie pfeffrigen Spuren. Fest gewirkte, saftige, etwas süßliche Frucht mit viel herber kräuterig-pflanzlicher Würze und enormer, wieder erdiger und steiniger Mineralik, straffe Säure, leichter Gerbstoff-Griff, nachhaltig am Gaumen, zart süßlicher Schmelz, viel Kraft, aber dennoch eher kühler Stil, salzige und pfeffrige Noten, kernige Art, sehr guter Abgang.
