Cool, clearly vegetal citrus nose with citrus zest and stone fruit, here too with hints of peel, nutty aromas, a hint of candy, some yellow spice and floral traces. Taut, very juicy, sweetish fruit with present acidity, some grip and fine bitter zest, dense and persistent on the palate, a little yellow spice, fine vegetable tones in the background, ethereal notes, clear, rather light minerality, still has tension and no age, some phenolic grip, good depth, candy tones, very good, sweetish-juicy finish with light chilli pepper spiciness, grip, acid bite and almost fresh herbal-vegetable notes.
